Pet Policy

WE LOVE PETS!!!

We are a Pet-Friendly apartment complex! We do require a $300 non-refundable pet-fee (per pet) prior to move-in and each pet is required to pay a $25 monthly pet-rent!

We allow TWO pets per apartment and each pet must pass our pet-screening (more information given before move-in day)!

We also do ask that you clean up after your pet, as we do not have a designated pet area. Kids love to play outside during nice days, but they hate when they step in something not so fun!
